I can’t understand why this bill has sat in the house for a year and moved nowhere. Just like the rest of the governments action, they will see how it will be to late to act and lose another great opportunity to allow veterans to bring success back into their lives through what could have been a great program!

I agree, why is this bill just sitting in the house? Many Veterans are enrolled in this program and the extension would help so many stay in school. Please move this bill forward to keep supporting myself and many other veterans.

I am a female Navy Veteran who is going to college under the VRAP program. I have maintained a 4.0 average in my first year. The VRAP program was instrumental in allowing me to go to college for the first time in my life. This program is due to end on April 1, 2014, right in the middle of spring semester. Without the extension, all of the veterans that are currently enrolled would be getting a great dis-service to those that served our military.
