I am writing today to express my most extreme concern over S.1215 - FISA Accountability and Privacy Protection Act of 2013. Specifically, I am concerned over the proposed amendment to 18 USC § 2709 Sec C, which forces recipients of National Security Letters (NSL) to initiate judicial review not in the judiciary, but through the FBI.
