To amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to designate a segment of Illabot Creek in Skagit County, Washington, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.

To provide immigration reform by securing America's borders, clarifying and enforcing existing laws, and enabling a practical employer verification program.

To phase out special wage certificates under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 under which individuals with disabilities may be employed at subminimum wage rates.

To amend the Lower Rio Grande Valley Water Resources Conservation and Improvement Act of 2000 to authorize additional projects and activities under that Act, and for other purposes.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to require that the Purple Heart occupy a position of precedence above the new Distinguished Warfare Medal.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to conduct cost-benefit analyses for the provision of medical care by the Department of Veterans Affairs in certain geographic areas served by multiple Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities.

To reauthorize the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program for fiscal years 2014 through 2018, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify the requirement that permit applications for the discharge of pollutants be approved by disinterested board members, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the availability of the saver's credit, to make the credit refundable, and to make Federal matching contributions into the retirement savings of the taxpayer.

To provide grants to States in order to prevent racial profiling.

To require the lender or servicer of a home mortgage, upon a request by the homeowner for a short sale, to make a prompt decision whether to allow the sale.

To improve services for victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.

To amend the Grand Ronde Reservation Act to make technical corrections, and for other purposes.

To expand the research activities of the National Institutes of Health with respect to functional gastrointestinal and motility disorders, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to establish a grant program to support the restoration of San Francisco Bay.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to extend the eligibility period for veterans to enroll in certain vocational rehabilitation programs.

To amend chapter 29 of title 35, United States Code, to provide for the recovery of patent litigation costs, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to ensure the continued access of Medicare beneficiaries to diagnostic imaging services.

To amend the Animal Welfare Act to provide further protection for puppies.

To direct the Attorney General to make grants to States to develop systems to retrieve firearms from armed prohibited persons.

To amend the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 to eliminate the section 251A sequestrations and to reduce the security and nonsecurity discretionary spending limits by $320 billion from fiscal year 2014 through fiscal year 2021, and to suspend the statutory limit on the public debt until February 1, 2017.

To impose additional human rights and economic and financial sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to encourage domestic insourcing and discourage foreign outsourcing.

To posthumously award a Congressional gold medal to Shirley Chisholm.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to require Medicaid coverage of optometrists.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require the social security number of the student and the employer identification number of the educational institution for purposes of education tax credits.
