I agree with the previous comment,  this thing is placed in committee to die, it provides an avenue for our elected to reference that something is being done.  It tells me about how well the committee works.  The next time I see any of the names in the committee in the news I know what is up.     </content>

Why is it that this and previouis bills on the same subject are never allowed to get out of committee to be voted on?    </content>
