To be fair, there are better bills out there right now including H.R.2642 that provide even better benefits for post-9/11 service-members. This one in particular was sponsored by Rep. Thomas Edwards (D-TX) so be careful what you say about Texan legislators! (current service-member in Afghanistan)    </content>

I'LL BET THESE SENATORS AND LEGISTATORS IN TEXAS DO NOT HAVE ANYONE SERVING IN THE MILITARY, OR THEY WOULD SUPPORT BILL # H.R. 2702. If the president is worrying about recruiting let him open a Draft if he thinks this new G.I. Bill will hurt Recruiting. GOD BLESS OUR MILITARY PERSONNEL.
