613 pages of Unconstitutional bloated spending.  It's safe to say that not one legislator has read the bill and understands the full ramifications of it's passage.    </content>

No bill should be allow to be this large.  If a legislator can't read and understand it in a reasonable amount of time, it really shouldn't get an "Aye" vote.    </content>
