I support this bill because it will give injured workers, with permanent restrictions, assistance in obtaining suitable employment with the employer at injury or a new employer.  

By broadening the definition of an ADA-protected worker, injured workers will have the right to gain or retain their suitable employment with or without modification.  Currently, employers discriminate against injured workers, because these workers fall outside the protections of the ADA.  If the worker cannot prove life activity limitations,  they are marginalized and discriminated against by employers from participating in equal employment opportunities.      </content>
