With the American health care systems, that means death to at least 22,000 people a year. With global poverty, that's 24,000 people a day. We have all of the resources on the planet to keep everyone alive. It is "the market" that is killing people when everyone is waiting for the right monetary incentive to save lives. The world's richest people are not benevolent to the extent that they will voluntarily chip in. Most libertarians act like this isn't already an option.
