I really hope that this bill gets passed so that I can have help supporting my family and paying the utility bills. I have been tracking it, and am frustrated that not more has been done with it. It also seems to me that it is taking at least a year for people 57 and older to find quality work. Nancy Pelosi, the speaker of the house said this is an issue that could be looked at after the stimulus package was approved. She didn't want it held up. (Missed by one vote). I have a 2 year old son and another child due in April. I have gone back to school full-time and search for a job daily to no avail so far. I live in MIchigan with highest unemployment rate and finding a job is unlikely right now. I have 3 more checks coming and then I am done. I am thankful for the checks coming in May but I wont have anywhere to live by then and where will they deliver that check to my car?
