I won't pay with my life, neither will Bush. Congress wants to reduce what they tripled by using government employees and programs to inflate the cost of the bill and lower the benefits to foreign countries. So, now we reduce the cost, but don't decrease the government agencies and programs that inflate the cost? Benefit countries, and this is seen as a permanent benefit, will just say your stealing from the foreign aid money authorized by Bush or is it Congress? Sorry, that is your problem. When we pay out these benefits over the five years and oil goes up and the economy worsens and people need benefits - people are just going to say that Congress ripped us off again.
