I agree. As a high school counselor who sees pregnant teens on a daily basis, I think we need to do something. I will also volunteer to help in anyway I can.    </content>

My name is Michele Zamagni and I am the Community Worker for the Young Parent Program of New London, CT. I work with pregnant and parenting teens who live in poverty and lack positive role models. If Congress has found that the United States has the highest teen pregnancy rate of any fully developed country, then why has this bill become stagnant?
