This bill is a very good bill since it helps colleges by collecting $1500 per nurse from hospitals to educate more US nurses. At the same time it will give temporary relief to hospitals from severe shortage of nurses. Educating more US nurses will take time due to shortage of Faculty and clinical sites, thus this bill should pass as soon as possible since severe shortage has already been hit hard in some states. </content>

Grant will never solve a problem. It is nurse faculty shortage which cause all these trouble. The best way is still temporary immigration for nurses. </content>

A grant will solve the problem. The nursing problem will be solved in a few years. I'll sign up for the free school the day the grant comes out. </content>
