I am a newbe to this site and the reading of bills in general.

After reading this very simple bill that prohibits payment to generic drug makers to delay introduction of a generic, I was curious to not see any penalty defined in the bill for violation of the bill.

Is there some standard penalty assessed defined by some other bill or is the penalty up to the courts? </content>
