I can say this for a fact that we all know. GWB spent his rear end off and let the country go to hel_ and now we have another moron in office who is twice as bad when it comes to spending an putting this country now at risk. Obama does not have a clue on how to run a country, but, if he does, then it is just possible it is being done at risk and he needs to be replaced immediately with a recall. Socialism will bury America as we now know it. </content>

If you hinder the feds effectiveness you can certainly expect the average standard of living in America to be significantly lower. That will ultimately be a long term good thing but be prepared for immediate and large scale social implications. </content>

There are over 170 co-sponsirs, yet how come this bill hasn't come to the floor for a vote? I see plenty of bills this year alone come to the floor with hardly any co-sponsors.

Something smells VERY FISHY with the leadership in the House of Representatives. Could they be on the bankroll of the Banksters and Federal Reserve wealth, Elitists, and Zionists that truly control this country?

We all know BOTOX PELOSI is a Liar as well as Barney Frank who controls the House Financial services, which we know he conspired to cause the Fannie/Freddie disasters.

Well, we are experiencing first hand the corruptions and collusions of Congress and the Banks/Financials.

Disgusting... we are so screwed </content>

I am in no way a huge Ron Paul supporter (I like some of the things he does, but most of them I oppose), but I see no harm from this bill. Auditing should be a common practice in the U.S., especially in regards to a powerful force like the Federal Reserve. </content>

included all the funds from the arm forces added to this as will see what is really being spent by 4qts in a year! that Federal Reserve have given out to them!

Congressman Wright Patman attempted to investigate the Federal Reserve. He introduced a bill which would have authorized a full and independent audit of the System by the General Accounting Office. Patman claimed that the audit was essential to give the public's elected representatives complete and accurate information on the internal operations of the System, SINCE THEY HAD NOT BEEN AUDITED SINCE THEIR INCEPTION IN 1913.

Patman was frankly astonished by the opposition to his bill. He wrote: &quot;Although I had anticipated that officials of the Federal Reserve System would vigorously oppose my bill, I am frankly amazed by the massive lobbying campaign now underway, to prevent enactment of the measure. This itself is further proof, if any is needed, that a thorough and independent audit...is an absolute necessity in the public interest.&quot; </content>

Please encourage everyone to get and stay involved. Many elected officcials have served their own interests for far to long. They have refused to evolve in so many areas to serve and protect our country. An AUDIT is in order, we must make our demands heard. We cannot ignore the outrageous abuse of power! By reading all the comments, I have faith that we all want the best for our country and want the truth! Longgggg overdue, what have years of abuse led us all to wake up! Let all of them hear our voices, they have been tuned in to selective hearing that has served none of us. Its discraceful. AUDIT! </content>
