This bill does not accomplish that however, and is in fact a guise for higher taxes to chase the higher spending that Democrats are proposing. If the Dems get their massive health care bill passed, there is no way to offset that in the budget. Where is the Fiscal Responisble members of Congress? No one reads legislation anymore, look at what they passed for Bank Bail-outs, No one included Compensation to Executives or Bonuses in the legislation, Obama "SAID" "We got to do this NOW" IT DID NOT DO ANYTHING to help the Taxpayers AT ALL! Look at how much the bonuses are NOW After the so-called Bail-out!
