Whether you believe scientists about global warming or not, the amount of CO2 and other gases from the burning of coal, oil, etc. in our largest cities (especially LA) causes massive health concerns for the very young, very old, and especially the asthmatic creating unnecessary health care costs for ordinary Americans and the Federal Government. Oh, by the way, it also decreases these people's standards of living.    </content>
