I like the idea and basis of this bill, but I do not think this should be a priority until we get our budget and our current issues under better control. Let the government focus on what it was created to focus on, and have independent organizations and agencies take care of this issue, without the government getting in the way. Organizations like &quot;Girls Not Brides&quot; are already focused and passionate about this issue, and I believe they can provide a better fix than the President or other agencies could.    </content>
