First and foremost, the federal government and the FDA have clearly overreached their authority in many areas including in the issues of raw milk and electronic cigarettes. This out of control behavior is now reaching into the private, legal practices of adults and is abusive and tyrannical.

The main purpose of government is not to protect us from ourselves but to protect our rights. Every day, the government is finding ways to restrict our rights and especially the right to make decisions for ourselves. Frankly, this is the activity of do-gooder control freaks who are trying to justify their jobs.

Who are the nameless, un-elected, unauthorized bureaucrats who interfere in our choices? Do they smoke, drink alcohol, or eat junk food? Who do they think they are? Do they think they live in a free country?
