Here's a problem that is currently going to be a long-term disaster if no fixed.

Washington State's union corruption and bullying has become far too often. The union single-handedly lowered revenue and shareholder value of Boeing because of long-terms strikes. The unions in their corruption don't suffer from other private employee's 401(K) plummeting in value, because their entitlement pension plans will continue sucking the life and profit out of the company for the rest of their lives, without working a single day after retirement. Not only are the unions destroying the investment value of those who actually invest into the company and grow the economy, but the unions siphon hundreds of thousands (or more?) of dollars into growing pension plans for people not even working.

The unions single-handedly pushed away Boeing and sent the company to South Carolina. Boeing left to stimulate job growth elsewhere, because in a socialist atmosphere a company cannot survive. </content>

I propose all Union pension plans be stopped effective immediately.

Whomever is currently on a union pension plan may remain, the damage has already been done. But it's not too late to fix the long-term problem. Move the unions to a 401(K) system just like the rest of the employee's who invest back into the company they work for. Not only does it benefit the company, it also benefits the economy and provides all employee's an equal opportunity for prosperity in the free market.

America is free because we have a right to risk and prosperity. The unions are taking this right to choose from the private sector, and they are in turn crippling the economy. It's really that simple.

Just think about how much true stimulation our economy would receive if the unions instead skipped the entitlement pensions and reinvested back into their company, and in turn the economy. It would be glorious!

Hundred bucks' says Boeing would immediately come back -- and grow.

Now THAT's job growth!    </content>

Senator Cantwell, you have a realistic amount of time to save your career, unlike Murray. If you actually put this plan in process to save the economy, state government savings after less debt from this alone would probably be enough to pay for your socialized health care agenda.

I'm advocating an irresponsible socialized health care system; I'm trying to paint a picture of what it means for a government to be fiscally responsible. It takes guts and risk to do the right thing, and most importantly not giving in to entitlement programs that decelerate economic growth and move to a socialist government system.

If you actually put this plan in motion to make it work, it may be enough evidence to show me you do have what it takes to put this economy back on the right track.

This isn't a Left/Right thing; this is a Right/Wrong thing. The unions are not doing it right and they certainly are doing it wrong. It's hurting Washington States employment numbers and the economy. Boeing is proof. </content>

The health care bill you voted &quot;Aye&quot; for, H.R.4872 Reconciliation Act of 2010, is unconstitutional and at least 10 states have agreed to file a lawsuit challenging the legislation. The ten states are Texas, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Utah, and the home of your constituents, Washington.

Your attempt and possible success at taking Washington State's liberty and relinquishing it to the Federal government is unprecedented, and disastrous for the United States of America. I'm shocked that you are going so far as to sacrifice our freedom to advance a socialist agenda.

We will never forget what you voted for; you stole our liberty and increased our debt. How dare you!

Socialism has no place in America, and you should know better but I'm afraid you don't. Never before have I been so worried about the direction you politicians are taking this country; ten years ago I'd have scoffed at the idea of socialized health care in America. </content>

Dear Senator Cantwell,
S.3520 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are &quot;unemployed through no fault of their own,&quot; and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral ramifications for this country will be dire indeed. I'll say it again-- S.3520 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Regarding H.R. 5786 Why is there no exception to Food Chemicals Codex (FCC) aka food grade ingredients? The skin is thick &amp; deigned as a protective barrier while the digestive track is thin &amp; designed for absorption, thereby implying food grade ingredients are held to higher standards. This would encourage the use of food grade ingredients in cosmetics, thereby encouraging safer cosmetics. Which is the purpose of this Act is it not?
The bill as worded with the testing requirements would destroy small start-up Cosmetic Companies, there needs to be something to encourage small businesses to start companies that are healthy, not destroy them before they start. </content>

Dear Fellow Americans:

&gt;NOTE&lt; IF you agree with this effort, forward this email. BUT if you do NOT agree, just smile and delete.

 This is NO attempt to influence your vote and NO.... I have NOT been approached or solicited or asked or paid or anything....to &quot;launch this letter&quot;. I am reminded that when Americans fail to speak out against what they perceive as bad politics and bad policies, we ALL loose.

I have always been a taxpaying and voting citizen. My first vote was for John F. Kennedy. I have felt great disdain for African Americans who vigorously support the Republican Party. When the Clinton's were being attacked by Ken Star and were subjected to the dirty tactics of a smear campaign by the Republican Party, even 'tho personal misbehavior invited that, I wrote letters of support to the Clinton's and, on their behalf, to numerous politicians, media pesons and to church leaders across this nation.

In my opinion, this 2008 Presidential political contest is NOT so much about race or/and gender, as it is about POWER. But it MUST also be won ethically and fairly. As it appears to me, BOTH the Clinton's are making a strong case to validate the belief that the abused, once gaining power, may become the abuser.

Speaking for myself only, I am grateful that when there was a call for the bus boycott in Montgomery, AL, that NOT one African American Minister called for support of continued segregated busses. Every &quot;chance&quot; to support a candidate is NOT the same thing as an opportunity to promote the GOOD of the people. To express my concern about their actions, I have personally contacted certain community leaders via web addresses, who have been motivated or/ and felt obligated to step forward with unnecessary and untimely &quot;ENDORSEMENTS&quot; or/and divisive debasing comments.OH! What would Adam Clayton Powell think now?

~~~ PLEASE help God BLESS America~~~  It IS our responsibility to step IN here. The media, while we NEED them for information, IS also fanning the flames of a fire that has the potential to become big and dangerous.
I hope to have as many people as possible call the Clinton Headquarters; numbers listed below. I have called.YOU tell them:
1. Tell any one who answers the phone that you want to see an end to the negative campaigning
2. That you are a private citizen who does NOT like the personal attacks and distortion of the record
3. That you WILL withdraw support and WILL campaign against ANY candidate who initiates and maliciously  perpetrates &quot;personal&quot; and cheap attacks
4. That we Americans want POSITIVE campaigning on THE ISSUES from a leader who seeks to unify, NOT just win  .............OR....... say whatever YOU choose, but DO call to say something that may help foster a more civil campaign
I have sent this email to HUNRDEDS OF PEOPLE on hundreds of sites including Nat'l Democratic Party, THE CLINTON'S.....library etc et al, COLLEGES, URBAN LEAGUE, NAACP...... talk radio hosts, popular news media......... and HUNDREDS of other people have sent it out also. Pass on AND make YOUR calls NOW.
IF people started calling me THE Queen of England, I would likely wonder why, but in NO case would I believe myself to be unequivocally entitled to the socio-political advantages of that office. Maybe someone should tell Bill. He was &quot;NICKNAMED&quot; the first Black President. He wasn't REALLY him.
Thanks, Janet
