I cannot believe you have the audacity to write up the S.3081 - Enemy Belligerent, Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010. That is the biggest slap to our civil liberties since the Patriot Act. I hope to God you are never allowed to serve this country again because you are like 90% of the other Senators and Congressmen. You don't serve us, you serve yourselves and your private pissing game with the opposing parties. You disgust me Leiberman, and if this passes, I sincerely hope you and McCain are the first two detained for life as a Belligerent Combatant! </content>

Senator Lieberman, Don't be a political prostitute on Obamacare; a bill that will cripple an already fragile American economy. The US government, (of which you are a part of) will screw this up like they screwed up Social Security. This bill is a power-play to control more private industry and will surely reduce the USA to a third-world caliber medical care. VOTE NO! </content>

He isn't a Republican, not that they are any better, just clarifying. He is an Independent who seems to be voting mostly with the democrats this year. He votes Aye on all of the bills Obama wants.

He has sponsored the following unconstitutional bills this year:
The Enemy Belligerent Act
The Kill Switch to the Internet Bill
Terrorist Expatriation Act

Senator Lieberman, As a senator it is your duty to vote with what the majority of the public wants, and currently it is not a healthcare bill that does not fix anything. All this bill will bring is everyone unable to meet their monthly debt, and much more unemployment. As one Independent to another you must not pass this bill. I believe in you to do what is right for this country, and for the great majority of the americans who want reform done in a manner in which the country will not be bankrupt. Attempting to teach my children fiscal responsibility is impossible if the government does not practice the same rules. The number one goal should be job creation and job retention. </content>

If you are apart of the American unemployed or share the same views as the unemployed and want to have a peaceful march on Washington to show that we do need our unemployment or in support of unemployment, email me at unemploymentmarch@yahoo.com. This has to be done, a peaceful stand needs to take place soon to make a difference. Before a lot of Americans lose the little bit that they do have. We didn't ask for the economy to be this way and it is not our fault that we can not find jobs all at the same time. We worked all of our lives and now that we need help, the people in congress is saying no! We are the ones that help pay for wars, national disasters, and the congressmen paychecks. Now they are telling us that they cannot pass a bill so we can feed and house our families. What is more important the &quot;Oil Spill&quot; or the unemployed and their children. I don't think so, it's time for a peaceful march, email me at unemploymentmarch@yahoo.com, to make a peaceful stand now. </content>

Senator Lieberman:

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I firmly believe that you are THE ABSOLUTE WORST LEGISLATOR IN CONGRESS CURRENTLY, and absolutely one of the worst OF ALL TIME. Your support of constant war, inflationary spending, police state power, and undermining human rights have made you out to be an absolute MONSTER. And that is exactly what you are. A monster. A terrible, evil, little beast gnawing at the heart of normal Americans. You should be removed from office, and frankly, you should be thrown in jail for the rest of your natural born life for your obvious support of war crimes.

I hate you. I genuinely, fully, totally, and from the bottom of my heart, HATE YOU. If I ever met you in public, I would not hesitate to gift your lower jaw with a solid right hook haymaker, and I would smile proudly as you fell to the ground and I was taken away by security. I wouldn't regret it for one moment.

You are the only person in the world I can seriously say that about. </content>

You and the rest of the Republicans are so transparent! President Obama, as well as us Americans, know what you are doing. Stalling and not voting on what the people want and need in this country. Do the job you were elected to do, and start voting! Your tactics in stalling is only going to back fire on you all. Show our President some respect. How you treat him, is a reflection on how you treat us Americans. We may have been fooled in the past, but not anymore! We The People have spoken by electing President Obama into office. Dear Senator Lieberman,
S.3520 needs to be passed immediately. There are 15 million Americans who are &quot;unemployed through no fault of their own,&quot; and who are also frantically attempting to find new jobs that do not exist. The majority of these 15 million have a family dependent upon their income, so that increases the number to possibly 30 or even 45 million Americans who are in imminent danger of losing everything. When this happens, the financial and moral ramifications for this country will be dire indeed. I'll say it again-- S.3520 needs to be passed immediately! Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Former FDIC Employee Blows Whistle On FDIC Chairman Donald E. Powell

Temple Hills, MD (BlackNews.com) - FDIC Whistleblower Yolanda Gibson-Michaels says the FDIC Chairman Donald E. Powell should not be in charge of lucrative contracts or oversee Katrina rebuilding for the Gulf region or any other region in the United States. She says since his indoctrination August, 2001, the FDIC Chairman has tarnished the reputation at FDIC. She's requested an immediate non-partisan independent audit and investigation.

Gibson-Michaels say the appointment of FDIC Chairman to &quot;Safeguard against improprieties in awarding lucrative government contracts...&quot; is ludicrous! She says the Chairman's safeguard is like unto to a Wolf watching over Sheep! She reported FDIC's receivership fraud, bank fraud, inside trading, and money laundering impropriety.

She says FDIC Chairman signed as signatory 2002 on the merger of Wells Fargo investments under the guise of a non-compete agreement. Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Northwest formerly Norwest was approved by FDIC Chairman Donald Powell. His title is used interchangeably as the Board of Director, Chairman of the Board, the Company and the Bank. She reports that the &quot;the Company&quot; is a non-existent shell company. She quotes the Chairman statement in the 2002 board meeting, which reads, in part, that:

&quot;2002 and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified. TheBoard of Directors has nominated William H. Attebury, Danny H. Conklin, Wales H. Madden, Jr., Jay O'Brien, and Donald E. Powell, who are presently the directors of the Company, for election as directors.&quot;

She reports that the FDIC Chairman acknowledged his history of contract impropriety within a February 5, 2005, edition of the Arkansas Traveler.

&quot;Powell said he had tried to find ways out of contracts, tried only to remain true to the letter of the law and given money to political candidates who supported his industry but whom he would not personally vote for...&quot;

Gibson-Michaels say the industry the Chairman refers to is his Nubank Investment Center located at www.NUBANK.com. The FDIC Chairman is the Director of Nubank, insured by FDIC; and the Chairman of FDIC. She reports that her disclosures are substantiated within an inclusive, detailed oriented 539 page disclosure report available to the general public at the U.S. Library of Congress.

Gibson-Michaels have asserted her rights under the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) bounty program. She will donate a percentage of proceeds collected against FDIC's Chairman's Wells Fargo, Tejas, Northwest, Enron, Halliburton, Acordia, California Bank and other ill-gotten investments.

She reported FDIC's Division of Finance Director (DOF) as the signatory to former Enron's corrupt official Kenneth Lay. A copy of protected disclosures were provided to Henry Waxman, John Kerry, Senator Edward Kennedy, Congressman Albert Wynn, Nancy Pelosi, Senator John Ensign, Barbara Boxer, Senator Sarbanes, Barbara Mikulski, U.S. Attorneys, and Law enforcement agencies.

FDIC's 3-trillion dollar budget, will benefit poor, sick, elderly, homeless, Autistic children (as her youngest son is severely autistic with a seizure disorder), Hurricane Katrina victims, victims of Wells Fargo Predatory lending, and social programs.

Gibson-Michaels vows to fight against money and greed which supercedes human compassion, morals, values, and ethics. She's requesting donations for law suit funding in her fight against FRAUD, DECEPTION, IMPROPRIETY, AND CORRUPTION.

Gibson-Michaels says she will also hold FDIC Chairman and other corrupt officials accountable for any and all threats, assaults, physical, verbal or harm to her family or personal affects; to and including pets and goldfish.

She says she will never commit suicide or attempt suicide. She will hold FDIC accountable for train, automobile and so-called plane crashes.

She concluded that her 539 page disclosure report mirrors author John Perkins true ordeal (book) entitled, Confessions of an Economic Hitt Man. She reports that she and other whistleblowers are Caught in a Web of Bureaucracy created by Economic Hitt Men.
