Nancy Pelosi needs to go. She and her fellow Democrats are the reason our country is broken. I am tired of hearing out of her mouth how the Bush administration is responsible. They really think we are stupid. Democrats were behind the sub-prime lending practices, pushing banks to relax their lending practices with the help of Acorn's bully tactics. All roads to the economy failure lead back to Democrats, especially Barney Frank, Chris Dodd and many others. They need to stop blaming Bush and Wall Street greed. </content>

Pelosi shames the political process by her self serving agendas and partisan rhetoric. She and all of the other "career politicians" need to go. We need new blood in Washington that listens to the voice of American citizens. </content>

Dear Fellow Americans:
&gt;NOTE:&lt; IF you agree with this effort, forward this email. BUT if you do NOT agree, just smile and delete.

This is NO attempt to influence your vote and NO.... I have NOT been approached or solicited or asked or paid or anything....to "launch this letter". I am reminded that when Americans fail to speak out against what they perceive as bad politics and bad policies, we ALL loose.

I have always been a taxpaying and voting citizen. My first vote was for John F. Kennedy. I have felt great disdain for African Americans who vigorously support the Republican Party. When the Clinton's were being attacked by Ken Star and were subjected to the dirty tactics of a smear campaign by the Republican Party, even 'tho personal misbehavior invited that, I wrote letters of support to the Clinton's and, on their behalf, to numerous politicians and to church leaders across this nation.

In my opinion, this 2008 Presidential political contest is NOT so much about race or/and gender, as it is about POWER. But it MUST also be won ethically and fairly. As it appears to me, BOTH the Clinton's are making a strong case to validate the belief that the abused, once gaining power, may become the abuser.

Speaking for myself only, I am grateful that when there was a call for the bus boycott in Montgomery, AL, that NOT one African American Minister called for support of continued segregated busses. Every "chance" to support a candidate is NOT the same thing as an opportunity to promote the GOOD of the people. To express my concern about their actions, I have personally contacted certain community leaders via web addresses, who have been motivated to step forward with unnecessary and untimely "ENDORSEMENTS" or/and divisive debasing comments.OH! What would Adam Clayton Powell think now?

~~~ PLEASE help God BLESS America~~~  It IS our responsibility to step IN here. The media, while we NEED them for information, IS also fanning the flames of a fire that has the potential to become big and dangerous. I hope to have as many people as possible call the Clinton Headquarters; numbers listed below. I have called.Tell them:
1. Tell any one who answers the phone that you want to see an end to the negative campaigning
2. That you are a private citizen who does NOT like the personal attacks and distortion of the record
3. That you WILL withdraw support and WILL campaign against ANY candidate who initiates and maliciously  perpetrates "personal" and cheap attacks
4. That we Americans want POSITIVE campaigning on THE ISSUES from a leader who seeks to unify, NOT just win  .............OR....... say whatever YOU choose, but DO call to say something that may help foster a more civil campaign
Thanks, Janet
Pelosi: No Vote On Offshore Oil Drilling; So Why A Vote on FISA Capitulation?
Nancy Pelosi is an awful Speaker of the House, imo. You may disagree, but you can not disagree with the fact that she plays fast and loose with the idea that she can block House votes when she wants. To explain away the FISA Capitulation vote and why she let it pass in the House, Pelosi bizarrely blamed the Senate, as if the Senate controlled the House calendar.
But when it comes to offshore oil drilling, Pelosi DOES control the calendar:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday ruled out a vote on new offshore oil drilling even as Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said he might be open to a compromise that included it.
Somehow she could not rule out a vote on FISA Capitulation. I mean that only involved the Constitution after all. No big deal.
Speaking for me only    </content>
Get off the backside of your butt and do SOMETHING for this country. Rip the environmentalists a new body cavity and get our own oil in our system so we can save the 6.1 TRILLION dollars the arabs are going to reap from this latest increase in a barrel of oil. What must we do to heat our homes? Paying more than 3 bucks a gallon for heating oil is ludicrous because our government can't stand up for us. Give more money to the world, The cost of making ethanol is costing more than it's worth in burning in a car. All that's accomplishing is to drive up the cost of food. Nice going, a real snooker job on congress for this fiasco. Go environmentalists and Al Gore, wreck this country as fast as you can.
&#65279;
               To whom it may concern:
I will not weary you in a lot of vague ideas and experiences, for they will offer nothing to give
action toward your investigating the area of my concern. My concern is coming from above,
namely Space Satellites. The Federal Government has placed in space, for National Security
reasons Space Stations to observe areas of our great country, thinking that our enemies may
attack us. Of course, some individuals within the Government, citizens too, believe any and all
means are necessary to protect and defend the citizens of this Great Nation, and I agree. The thing
is, these Satellites can and are being used for seeking out and disrupting citizens from their normal
everyday activities. Satellite technology doing harm to citizens is a dastardly thing within any
country when their technology becomes the controlling factor to those citizens living &#8220;the pursuit
of happiness&#8221; dream.
For me to comprehend its existence, Satellite Technology and its usage is as mysterious as
its ramifications on my life. The continuous effect of The Satellite Program has advanced my
interest; otherwise, I would have never become involved. The effects of Satellite bombardment
are unbroken in any and all my endeavors. The Satellite program has totally surrounded me,
controlling me, consequentially forging me outside my normal existence.
It is difficult to describe the effects and harm the U S Government is doing to my body.
My toenail has a tear; toes are discolored, small reddest mark on different part of my body. Laser
is being used more of late, due to it&#8217;s effectiveness in penetrating my surround barriers. There is
no end to the torturing I&#8217;m suffering. To say the least, I need something done, an immediately.
I&#8217;m hoping you may help me in this distressing matter.
As I understand, nearly a year of constant surveillance and harmful penetration, satellites
are operated by using a ground coordinator. A person who physically monitors, making contact
with me, following me by vehicle or coming close to my approxime while in stores, etc. The
spying while in my home is done with equipment in neighboring homes, surveillance of my every
move 24 hours a day.
I recently sent Rep. Pelosi an email asking why she does not support offshore drilling and exploration to help us become energy independent and also create jobs.
Here response stated drilling won't produce enough oil to help the current situation.
I find this hard to believe. How does Barack's plan to open up a small amount of our EMERGENCY reserves bringing a few thousand barrels of oil a day somehow help us, but drilling and bringing millions more barrels of oil to the market won't??
Wake up America - does Rep. Pelosi and other Democrats really think we are that stupid?
We currently produce about 5 million barrels of oil per day and consume about 18 million barrels per day. That means we have to either consume 13 million barrels per day less than we are using now (72% reduction) or we have to increase our domestic production by 13 million barrels per day. There could be some combination or an increase in domestic production and a decrease in consumption, but we are AMERICANS - we can do anything we set our minds to!
Rep. Pelosi - don't tell me what we can't do - I don't want to hear your shortcomings and shortsightedness, you don't represent me or other Americans like me very well....    </content>
