Former FDIC Employee Blows Whistle On FDIC Chairman Donald E. Powell
Temple Hills, MD (BlackNews.com) - FDIC Whistleblower Yolanda Gibson-Michaels says the FDIC Chairman Donald E. Powell should not be in charge of lucrative contracts or oversee Katrina rebuilding for the Gulf region or any other region in the United States. She says since his indoctrination August, 2001, the FDIC Chairman has tarnished the reputation at FDIC. She's requested an immediate non-partisan independent audit and investigation.
Gibson-Michaels say the appointment of FDIC Chairman to "Safeguard against improprieties in awarding lucrative government contracts..." is ludicrous! She says the Chairman's safeguard is like unto to a Wolf watching over Sheep! She reported FDIC's receivership fraud, bank fraud, inside trading, and money laundering impropriety.
She says FDIC Chairman signed as signatory 2002 on the merger of Wells Fargo investments under the guise of a non-compete agreement. Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Northwest formerly Norwest was approved by FDIC Chairman Donald Powell. His title is used interchangeably as the Board of Director, Chairman of the Board, the Company and the Bank. She reports that the "the Company" is a non-existent shell company. She quotes the Chairman statement in the 2002 board meeting, which reads, in part, that:
"2002 and until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified. TheBoard of Directors has nominated William H. Attebury, Danny H. Conklin, Wales H. Madden, Jr., Jay O'Brien, and Donald E. Powell, who are presently the directors of the Company, for election as directors."
She reports that the FDIC Chairman acknowledged his history of contract impropriety within a February 5, 2005, edition of the Arkansas Traveler.
"Powell said he had tried to find ways out of contracts, tried only to remain true to the letter of the law and given money to political candidates who supported his industry but whom he would not personally vote for..."
Gibson-Michaels say the industry the Chairman refers to is his Nubank Investment Center located at www.NUBANK.com. The FDIC Chairman is the Director of Nubank, insured by FDIC; and the Chairman of FDIC. She reports that her disclosures are substantiated within an inclusive, detailed oriented 539 page disclosure report available to the general public at the U.S. Library of Congress.
Gibson-Michaels have asserted her rights under the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) bounty program. She will donate a percentage of proceeds collected against FDIC's Chairman's Wells Fargo, Tejas, Northwest, Enron, Halliburton, Acordia, California Bank and other ill-gotten investments.

I was attached while in Ohio early this year, March and April, after some traveling to Oklahoma , and onto Amarillo , Texas . Apparently, this torturing started before my trip West, for I suffered substantially, prior to that time, not realizing what was happening to me.
Throughout the winter months, October until the time I went on my journey West in March, I suffered an agonizing experience of an equal consequence. At that time, I consider it much more evil and more deadly, for it was done within my home, day and night, while sleeping while eating, while using the bathroom.
This onslaught of atrocities was done even though I tried to stop it. You may ask ““how can a person be harm, tortured, I would say, within their home and not be able to defend themselves.”” My understanding was revealing when I thought back to how Russia , in the Cold War, used beaming energies into the United States Embassy office building there in Moscow , Russia . It wasn’’t until sometime that the administrations there realize what was happening, mainly because there was no way of knowing what was happening to the individuals while on duty. I don’’t remember the details of the occurrences, but apparently the people there at the Embassy became sickly and this bombardment of energies hindered their work.
Could it be possible these same overt tactics are being used in United States of America ? Could the government in this country pick out individual citizens that may have irritated a few people and do harm to them? This same technology, similar that used in Moscow , Russia during the Cold War, is being used here, affecting my home. The only reason I’’m able to protect myself from this tormenting affect, is my understanding of what actually happened in the Embassy in Moscow . Dual beams of energy at a specific frequency converging at some designated intersect, namely me while minding my affairs here in my home, tormenting and doing me harm.
I’’m sure you and your colleagues are extremely hesitant about even thinking such a thing is happening. Yes, this was my first thought when Satellites defense technology came to mind, ““is it possible, could it be, someone like me, being under surveillance, attacked by such high tech equipment.”” No Way ! ! But, after weeks of suffering it’’s affect, I discovered truly, satellites are involved. Of course, it wasn’’t an overnight revelation.
I am able to pinpoint the exact direction of those invading my privacy, remembering the U S Embassy in Moscow , Russia . Upon approaching these people and have them stop their cowardly acts, it was to my dismay the questioned parties either refused to acknowledge their presence, or refused to open the door and talk. I decided it would do no good to contact the Police Dept. ““Where’’s the harm? , Where’’s the evidence?””––only those who are involved would understand such uncivilized tactics. It goes on today and now, Are you willing to believe such devastation, as it happens, is going on in my home?
