User comments on OpenCongress are designed to allow real-world people to contribute their knowledge, insight, and expertise to legislation in Congress. OpenCongress comment boards are an open public forum for community discussion. Any information posted here will be viewable by all visitors. These comment boards are designed to "filter up" the comments rated "most helpful" by users. Every OpenCongress user has the ability to set his or her personal ratings filter higher, to view only the comments rated most-helpful, or lower, to view every comment on a page. Also, every user earns a site-wide rating for all the comments he or she submits, which can be viewed on his or her personal profile page. Comments may illuminate any of the following: overlooked details on the substance of a bill, where different Members of Congress stand on a bill, evaluations of a bill's chances of passing into law, which outside groups support or oppose the bill, links to important news coverage or blog analysis of a bill, or simply an individual's opinion on a bill.

Nothing in this world is more alarming then the fact that United States Citizens are being attacked by the U S Government. ,
I was attached while in Ohio early this year, March and April, after some traveling to Oklahoma , and onto Amarillo , Texas . Apparently, this torturing started before my trip West, for I suffered substantially, prior to that time, not realizing what was happening to me.
Throughout the winter months, October until the time I went on my journey West in March, I suffered an agonizing experience of an equal consequence. At that time, I consider it much more evil and more deadly, for it was done within my home, day and night, while sleeping while eating, while using the bathroom.
This onslaught of atrocities was done even though I tried to stop it. You may ask ““how can a person be harm, tortured, I would say, within their home and not be able to defend themselves.”” My understanding was revealing when I thought back to how Russia , in the Cold War, used beaming energies into the United States Embassy office building there in Moscow , Russia . It wasn’’t until sometime that the administrations there realize what was happening, mainly because there was no way of knowing what was happening to the individuals while on duty. I don’’t remember the details of the occurrences, but apparently the people there at the Embassy became sickly and this bombardment of energies hindered their work.
Could it be possible these same overt tactics are being used in United States of America ? Could the government in this country pick out individual citizens that may have irritated a few people and do harm to them? This same technology, similar that used in Moscow , Russia during the Cold War, is being used here, affecting my home. The only reason I’’m able to protect myself from this tormenting affect, is my understanding of what actually happened in the Embassy in Moscow . Dual beams of energy at a specific frequency converging at some designated intersect, namely me while minding my affairs here in my home, tormenting and doing me harm.
I’’m sure you and your colleagues are extremely hesitant about even thinking such a thing is happening. Yes, this was my first thought when Satellites defense technology came to mind, ““is it possible, could it be, someone like me, being under surveillance, attacked by such high tech equipment.”” No Way ! ! But, after weeks of suffering it’’s affect, I discovered truly, satellites are involved. Of course, it wasn’’t an overnight revelation.
I am able to pinpoint the exact direction of those invading my privacy, remembering the U S Embassy in Moscow , Russia . Upon approaching these people and have them stop their cowardly acts, it was to my dismay the questioned parties either refused to acknowledge their presence, or refused to open the door and talk. I decided it would do no good to contact the Police Dept. ““Where’’s the harm? , Where’’s the evidence?””––only those who are involved would understand such uncivilized tactics. It goes on today and now, Are you willing to believe such devastation, as it happens, is going on in my home?
