  • Your "My OpenCongress" account name
  • The web address of the pages that didn't work as expected (simply copy the URL from your web browser's address bar and paste it into the email you send us).

Most login problems can be addressed by logging out of your "MyOC" account and requesting a new password. Once you login again with that new password, you can change it to something you prefer on your profile page.
