    • On October 21, 2008, by Anonymous - Although skill games are not gambling (technically), and shouldn't be subject to casino regulations, the skill game industry definitely should be subject to regulation. For example, there needs to be a reliable means to ensure that skill game host sites do not employ any of the game contestants, or use bots, scripts or other mechanisms to compete in skill game contests. I don't believe there is currently anything preventing skill game operators from simply reporting to each game participant that the other guy won, just barely.
