This should pass; this deals with foreign to foreign communication using or going through American lines. There are instances where there is no time to go through courts; I'll bet if we had another terrorist attack then everyone would be on board. The liberty of privacy is sacred but not at the expense of death and destruction of our country and its citizens through a purposeful attack. How many attempts have been thwarted already? Even one is a success. Surveillence of U.S. citizens will still require individualized warrants.

No bill should go forward with ANY immunity. This should be dealt with by the courts. The Asst. AG HIMSELF testified that this warrantless wiretapping WAS done ILLEGALLY for a time.
There is no question. Only broken laws with no consequences.
