    • On June 25, 2008, by Anonymous - The issue is that the people out there who are telling these people about the programs and are getting them enrolled won't be able to afford to do their job. They do not get paid much as it is and they also have to pay all of their own expenses, including gasoline. The bill makes up for the increased cost of additional services to seniors by cutting the pay to the insurance companies that provide Medicare Part C, which in turn will result in a pay cut to all the people working to reach these seniors. What good will the improvements do if there aren't people telling them how and where to access them???

    • On June 25, 2008, by Anonymous - What is the logic behind not voting for this bill? As it stands doctors still lose money (just not as much), and patients will still see their disgruntled doctoers who are essentially taking a pay cut. It seems like a republicans dream.
