The Founding Fathers of this country put limits in place to help keep the government from invading, taxing and regulating every aspect of our lives.
On my laptop I keep very sensitive personal information. Such as spreadsheets, account numbers, logins and countless other things.
I understand that congress needs to find child molestors and criminals. But allowing airport security to assume that everyone is a criminal does not promote the supermand code(Truth, Justice, and The American Way).
In this country we are innocent until proven guilty, not assumed guilty until the investigation is complete. For the safety of others on the plane i understand the need to x-ray, but to search through my personal documents with no cause at any airport security agents behest is inefficient and an invasion of my rights.
