    • On July 01, 2009, by SignOfTheDollar - Theft is not a Federal crime and there is no provision in the US Constitution giving Congress the power to do anything about it. This is clearly a State issue. Furthermore, this silly additional regulatory burden will do nothing to solve the problem.
