• On February 22, 2010, by cfdtoracle - There is an other flaw in the existing Whisleblowing SOAX processes. Companies requiere compliance towards the "Corporate Ethics Code", and their local Law. However, there is no commitment to enforce distant law/regulation violations. For example, an employee in Cayman Islands is due to respect Cayman regulation and the Corporate Code. He may be asked to break US tax rules. Many Corporate Ethics Guides permits that, allowing such company to convey for example covert tax evasions, with an apparent compliance radar running blind.
