Provided the funds are earmarked “Control Burning” is good for the land and wildlife by providing new food sources. Control burning should be mandated where there is danger to American citizens from losing their homes in wildfires. Paper Companies should be mandated to use control burning in areas close to housing. Private Land owners should be able to use this resource being the United States Government is providing the funds reducing the change of wild fires near their homes from private property. Used correctly this legislation will save millions of dollars each year in the future by saving homes, saving future needed timber and controlling the source of fuel for the out of control fires.
