With computerized systems, scanners and UPDATED SOFTWARE are needed to properly diagnose and service todays cars. Dealers may not have the rockstar mechanic needed to make a good diagnosis or repair--give ME the choice and the tools to do my own work.--Parts, manuals, software, choice of mechanics outside the dealer network if necessary.

Poorly informed consumers only create room for car manufacturers and dealerships to lock in pricing to their advantage but even worst exclude people from ensuring their own safety!
