    • On May 11, 2010, by MACitizenPatriot - I think the legislation is reasonable and provides a rational means of keeping track of gun transactions at transient events like gun shows. No one is prohibited from buying or selling. It does not seem to be excessive and the negative reaction in these comments appears to unfounded. I strongly believe in the second amendment and gun owner rights and am not disturbed by reasonable controls and reporting.

    • On July 13, 2010, by pramsey - Why is sale of firearms at a gun SHOW any different than sale of firearms at gun SHOPS? Although this bill does require fees to be paid to (someone) as determined by the Attorney General and requires all organizers, planners, promoters, or operaters involved be registered with the Attorney General..... what is this bill really doing? Please put this in PLAIN ENGLISH for me!!!

    • On May 12, 2009, by katherinewatterson - Criminals steal most of the guns they use or they get them from other criminals that stole them from someone else. They don't buy them at gun shows.
