• On June 12, 2009, by mabehm - This bill concerns me as universities in the United States are having large budget cuts and there are families here struggling to send their kids. We should be providing scholarships to our own students and funding libraries in our own country. Libraries across this country are in dire need of financial support and their usage has skyrocketed with this economy. I understand the idea that poverty and lack of education increases the number of people who join radical organizations in different parts of the world, but honestly, at this stage in the game, we need to be supporting our citizens and tax payers.
