    • On September 05, 2009, by GonzoFL - HR 3404 Last paragraph of Section 3: (c) Effective Date- The amendments made by this section shall apply as if included in the enactment of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2008, except that no amount shall be payable by virtue of such amendments with respect to any week of unemployment commencing before the date of the enactment of this Act. Doesn't sound retroactive to me. Payments would commence on the date the law is enacted. :(
