So, my employer was deemed to important to fail, was offered and accepted TARP funds to help out. I do such a great job in 2010 that my employer gives me a nice bonus, and the federal government steps in and punishes ME by taking 1/2 of everything over $50K. Why do I get personaly punished for the prior poor performance of my employer? Not if I can help it!
