This has to be the most hateful and ignorant bill on the Hill. It reminds me of the Muslims in the UN who want to abolish defamation of religion. These guys just want to "protect" one holiday in favor of all others, just as the Muslims want to "protect" Islam from defamation.
There are many holidays, many faiths (including none at all), and none are more important than any other. Indeed, Christmas isn't originally Christan, as most of us know. It was usurped from the Pagans, who by the way still exist.
This country needs to move beyond this kind of bunk. We are one nation - a melting pot of diversity. Anyone who can't see that should leave Congress.
