    • On June 17, 2009, by AbePena - I still have my drafts for the electric fleet search and rescue program I originally designed. But still can't find sponsors here in the states. And for some reason, the US is telling us small business people that they are required to hire from foreign businesses, again this should be looked at when you all revise the extentions, and address why the money is being pre-approved to businesses. It makes us feel that the program was designed for companies already on the payroll, and looking for more ways to ghet another check.

    • On June 17, 2009, by AbePena - they also need to revise the process. I was one of the minority business applicants in the first program, then they informed us our Illinois that it was a closed bid, pre-approved applicant program. How is that kind of program going to improve anything. So I shared my inventions with family in asia, and now china is ahead on the vertical wind generation systems I originally introduced in open engineering way back in 1999-2004 with my grant applications, but kept getting the closed bid, thank you but the grants not for you letters.
