    • On May 03, 2009, by thorvaldr - Fine, I'm going to say it. The BATFE often seeks to revoke licensees for trivial, immaterial violations based on undefined legal standards. They are completely out of control and their actions are not consistent with the way the government should work in a free society. They absolutely have to have their leash yanked and it has to be now.

    • On January 26, 2010, by kevinmcc - BATF inspectors think they are untouchable. I have had many gun shop owners tell me horror stories of how they and their merchandise were treated during inspections. One owner told me an inspector came in and was not so nicely laying his guns on the concrete floor when a padded workbench and table were a couple feet away. When the agent asked not to do that and place guns on table or bench, the inspector kept laying them on the concrete floor. BATF needs rules, and this is a definite start!
