    • On July 01, 2009, by scarpe01 - What an utter waste of time and resources. This is absolutely nothing more than the most vulgar attempt to drum up support amongst the religious base, and has no place in civil government. I feel like a broken record having to make this point but, freedom to do what the majority approves of is no freedom that needs defending. Rights are there to protect the minority from the majority. It is that protection which is why freedom OF religion and freedom FROM religion are the same thing from a civil point of view.
