I have been hearing that this bill prohibits protests outside military funerals for two hours before and after. And while I abhore what the west burrow people do, I say the first amendment must be protected, even at the cost of tolerating that kind of behavior. Under that logic you could say its inappropriate to protest at the capital in a time of war. that would have put a damper on womens sufferage pretty fast. The question should not be "when is a nice convenient time that no one finds offensive to protest?"
