    • On January 06, 2011, by Soichiro - Another bill that will only benefit the richest of the rich. Do you know that the estate tax only applies to millionaires? Meanwhile, this will continue to increase our deficit, which is already at $1.2 trillion. The republicans are running on a platform of reducing the deficit, but all these tax cuts for the rich are only increasing the deficit. Extending the Bush tax cuts for the rich increased the deficit by $800 billion. And it's not like this will actually create jobs. If cutting taxes for the rich created jobs, we would have seen massive job GROWTH over the course of the Bush presidency, not massive job LOSS.
