Um, I hope Marijuana is spelled Marijuana in this bill and not "Marihunan" as therefore this bill wouldn't be legit and then if signed Marijuana still wouldn't be legalized. One thing that should be banned is Dupont. This would help the legalization of Marijuana. Thanks.

The term "Marijuana" was coined to imply racist Latino connotations to the plant because at the time of enacting its' prohibition ( as today! ) Latinos were seen as job-stealing, lesser race peoples who smoked marihuana, went wild and raped, murdered, and pillaged. Marijuana is actually the bastardized name; marihuana was the original, and means the exact same thing in any dictionary.
