Sooner the congress/caucuses realize the better for the country. Already b'cos of lame immigration system many are choosing to go back.. "not GOOD". These 2% brightest legal immigrants will shape the future of this country. Else? all jobs will get shipped abroad. Asian companies (hundreds of them who use to make few millions, ten years ago, are now making 10's of billions ~check facts exponential++). After all America is run by business community, so they will do whatever is best of companies which includes shipping jobs abroad! Grow up! It's a new world.
