I oppose H.R.2883 - "To amend part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to extend the child and family services program through fiscal year 2016, and for other purposes." American Family Rights Association strongly opposes H.R. 2883 because it is part of the enabling legislation for the HUGE, out-of-control Organized Crime Ring known as “CPS”. If you are looking for a place to CUT SPENDING and CUT FRAUD, CPS is the place to cut. Depending on how much downstream damage you want to include in COST, CPS accounts for between $300 Billion to possibly One Trillion dollars a year or more. Make child abuse a CRIME. Quit calling it a Civil affair. Move the prosecutions to Criminal Court and out of the unconstitutional Family Courts of NO Due Process.
