    • On November 02, 2011, by Homebuilt7 - The government already regulates employment through the NLRB (National labor relations board). I'm sick of a government that is happy to allow illegal aliens to take jobs that belong to citizens.

    • On September 15, 2011, by RetiredPublicSafetydotCom - (continued from prior post) 2. The bill now gives dictatorial powers to the secretary of Homeland Security to arbitrarily set policy. This expands the powers given this unelected position by things like the unconstitutional REAL ID Act of 2005. In that instance, the DHS Secretary can determine what your state driver's license is used for, such as banking, or any number of things. 3. BIOMETRIC EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION. This is an identity card system. REAL ID has been resisted by over half of the states. This is yet another attempt to get a "federal identification" program. Gone are the protections and limitations that were in HR2164. This is not a complete list of the problems in the bill.
