    • On July 02, 2012, by DrowningSink - Do you have any data to back this up? "A study I found on the matter":http://people.reed.edu/~gronkep/docs/Carter%20Baker%20Report-publicrelease.pdf found the effect to which Oregon's vote-by-mail system increased vote turnout to be largely exaggerated, but voter integrity is reportedly higher than it was previously. There were very few cases where, with certainty, individuals were identified as having voted twice. The study surmises that the only real concern for election fraud is drop-off locations for mail-in ballots, but there are no reported instances of ballots being tampered with or destroyed. I don't intend to be rude, but it seems to me your post is "rife" with fear, uncertainty, and doubt.
