    • On October 01, 2012, by stewey2000 - um, no, if states are going to run their own education systems then they need to be the ones to pay for them. If they can't pay their teachers they need to decide if they want to pay higher taxes. if all education funding was a federal thing it would be ok, but i don't see why my federal tax money should be spent on the shortcomings or the cheapness of its citizens who don't pay enough taxes for a program they are responsible for running.
