raichu, i think you're missing the point. regardless its illegal. Obama admin citing they get permission for military action from the UN and not congress is treasonous. Also, he is NOT commander in chief out of war time. he has since declared the Afghan war over, now hes just a president. the only way he can take military action without approvals is if we're are attacked here at home.
this is a great step in our congress, stepping up for the people as they are all public servants to us just like the president.
