Ryan put your own money where your mouth is! If you want the poorest to "suck it up" then why don't you "suck it up" propose a deduction of the congressional pay rate to $0.00 if you want to de-fund LIHEAP, WIC and other social safety net programs, then you should also de-fund your congressional pay and your h/c benefits.
